Company has provided skilled expat and local labor in support of ExxonMobil’s extensive offshore installation program here in Guyana. Prefabricated jumper assemblies are assembled, surveyed, welded, inspected, hydrotested, and loaded out per the client’s stringent quality and safety requirements. (2019 – Present)

Support of ExxonMobil
Sub-Sea Jumper Fabrication Program

TGY was contracted to perform quick turnaround tie-down operations during the vessels 2024 subsea jumper installation program. The work was performed around the clock to successful completion in accordance with the client’s stringent vessel dock support schedule.

Refurbishment of 70 sub-sea LBL Frames including, NDE Inspection, Load Testing, Welding Repairs, and blasting and coating to client’s specification

Saipem - LBL Frames – Refurbishment

MPI Inspection and weld repairs to damaged areas, blast to white metal and epoxy coating of (3) DBI Modules.

TFMC – DBI Modules Refurbishment

Fabrication of (2) specialty Beacon baskets for sub-sea operations including CNC machining, rolling or shapes, fabrication and welding, NDE inspection and blast and painting of the structures.

  • Providers of skilled, experienced local and Expat fabrication labor for the fabrication of Sub-Sea Jumpers, structural fabrication, and vessel tie-down activities.

  • Liza Phase 1- completed 2020

  • Liza Phase 2 – completed 2021      

  • Payara – completed 2023

  • Yellowtail - ongoing

  • Uaru – schedule to start mid-2025.
