TGY Industrial Fabricators Inc.
The joint venture was originally formed in March 2021 as the GOGSSI-TOFCO Joint Venture Inc. at the request of a major offshore installation company to support its sub-sea fabrication services here in Guyana. The joint venture is made up of the local service company Guyana Oil & Gas Services, TOFCO – Trinidad Offshore Fabricators Inc, and its business partners, Weld Fab Trinidad, and Morrison Energy in Houston. In 2024 the joint venture consolidated and registered all of its O&G construction and support activities under the new TGY Industrial Fabricators Inc brand; registration completed in January of 2025.

As a proud partner group consisting of GOGSSI -Guyana Oil and Gas Services, Guyana; TOFCO - Trinidad Offshore Fabricators Inc., Trinidad; and the Morrison Energy Group in Houston; we leverage decades of experience in offshore construction, subsea infrastructure, and heavy O&G fabrication to deliver superior results for our clients.
What we do.
Specialized Welding & Fabrication: Advanced welding solutions for piping and structural fabrication, sub-sea equipment fabrication, offshore platforms, pipelines.
Offshore Support Services: Safe and efficient offshore fabrication, welding, scaffolding, blasting, and painting. Successful execution of offshore fabrication activities for Saipem, SBM, and Noble.
Coverden Fabrication Facility: Our Coverden Fabrication Facility is fully operational for structural and piping fabrication with over 20,000SF of covered shop fabrication area. Company has successfully executed several local fabrication projects starting in 2019 in support of MODEC, Saipem, Noble, and SBM.
Rome Fabrication Facility: Our Rome Fabrication facility is located in the heart of the local O&G service provider area, conveniently located near the GYSBI annex facility. The facility is fully operational for blast and painting activities now, with plans to install construction office facilities and improvements to enable light structural fabrication activities in the 2Q-2025.
Supply of Skilled Labor: COMPANY was initially developed on request by an international O&G installation company to provide skilled labor in support of its Jumper Fabrication operations here in Guyana. COMPANY has successfully provided both local and expat skilled labor as required in execution of all of the current Exxon field installation projects here in Guyana from 2021.
Workforce Development: Performance of advanced welder and fabrication training at our Water Street training facility; and at our TOFCO facility in Trinidad in support of client requirements for ongoing sub-sea fabrication activities.
Accredited Welder Training: alliance with the School of Nations accredited welding training program; supported by the local government GOAL foundations, performing practical welder training to local Guyanese students ensuring local talent is trained and equipped for future industry demands.
